Cancellations & Refunds
At Vaibhav Garg, we strive to provide high-quality health and wellness services/products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations or refunds. Please review our policy below:
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp.
Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return (if applicable).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, repeated cancellations may result in the denial of future COD services.
For Prepaid Orders, if you cancel after packing/shipping, we reserve the right to deduct two-way shipping charges before issuing any credit or refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The product was not delivered due to our fault or courier partner’s failure.
Service/package purchased is cancelled before commencement of the service (for applicable programs or subscriptions).
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
Products returned without original packaging, tags, or in a used/damaged condition.
Customized or personalized products/services.
Requests made beyond 7 days of delivery.
Bulk or special orders (case-by-case evaluation).
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds for eligible cases will be issued as:
Store Credit/Voucher (default option): Valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Original Payment Method: For prepaid orders, upon request.
Refund processing time:
Store Credit: Within 3–5 business days after return approval.
Bank/UPI Refund: Within 7–10 business days after return approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Charges
First Return: Free of charge.
Subsequent Returns: Subject to a nominal fee:
Products must be in their original condition with packaging and documents intact.
Reverse Pickup & Serviceability
Reverse pickup will be arranged via our courier partners where serviceable.
If the pickup location is not serviceable, the return will be processed once the location becomes serviceable, or you may ship it back to us at your cost.
6. Non-Delivery or Tampered Package
If your package appears tampered with, please take a video before opening and contact our support immediately.
If you receive an SMS/email stating the order is delivered but you haven’t received it, please report to us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
Disputes
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. In the rare case of an unresolved issue, the jurisdiction for disputes shall be [City, State – e.g., Jaipur, Rajasthan], India.
