  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once your order is shipped.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD handling fee.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days (may vary based on courier service availability).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.


Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, DTDC, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order anytime using the provided link or by contacting our support team.


International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
    (If you plan to offer it later, add: “International shipping is available for selected products. Charges and timelines will vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.”)


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please record a video before opening and report it to us immediately.

  • If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received your parcel, contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate.


Address & Delivery Issues

  • Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply based on location.


Delays Beyond Our Control

We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.

  • Strikes or government-imposed restrictions.

  • Courier service disruptions.
